Onsite and in-person consulting is the traditional consulting delivery model, used when senior leadership requires close assistance and/or coaching.

In this approach, I will hold sessions with your leadership team to break down planning into manageable steps. I will provide oversight of your team’s efforts between sessions to collect and compile information, and coach them to analyze the data into executable strategies.

I will manage the entire planning process to:
