The consultant who’s been on both sides of the table.
I spent 25+ years at PwC, KPMG, Accenture, and GE — working on strategy engagements across India, the UK, the Middle East, and beyond. I’ve sat in boardrooms, run workshops, built business plans from scratch, and helped organisations navigate some of the hardest decisions they’ve ever faced.
Then I went independent. Deliberately. Not because I had to — because I saw a gap. Growing businesses, ambitious SMEs, and mission-driven nonprofits were being left out. I built my practice to sit exactly in that space.
The firms I worked with charge what they charge for a reason — the methodology is rigorous, the experience is deep, and the outputs are high quality. I bring all of that. What I’ve removed is everything else: the overhead, the junior consultants on your account, the layers of management, the inflated proposals.
What you get instead is direct access to a senior consultant who has done this work at the highest level — applied personally to your business, at rates that make sense for an SME.
Strategy without execution is just a document. I work across four connected layers to make sure what we build actually gets implemented.
AI-accelerated delivery.
I use AI tools throughout my engagements — for faster research, deeper market analysis, scenario modelling, and sharper document outputs. This isn’t a gimmick. It means I can deliver the quality of a large consulting team at the speed and cost of an independent consultant.
